Perfect, WHITE TEETH (Mesmerizing Brilliance) Teeth Whitening / Bleaching
What I do for PERFECT, Brilliant WHITE TEETH!
1.) I use NiteWhite 6% Hydrogen Peroxide two times a week (over night) every other week.
2.) Next, I use a 20 or 30% Carbamide Peroxide solution (in the same plastic, molded tray) for spot whitening/quick whitening.

I definitely agree with this video! DIY is practically the same as getting Zoom at a dentist office. My cousin is a dentist & I’ve gotten the Zoom whitening from him. It was the exact same white as if I had whitened them myself. The process at the dentists takes a lot longer as well. This is kind of funny, but he got me a box of Crest White Strips Supreme last Christmas lol

This is something I have always wanted to know and exactly which product, etc. There are many on the market but many of them are mediocre. In Europe people are not so obsessed with dental beauty and most of them have horrible teeth. There are not so many products to choose from- at the dentist of course but real expensive. thanks again
