   does it really work? i used baking soda and it really really irritates my gum…i tried it for about a week and afterward i couldn’t brush my teeth anymore because my gums were hurting so bad. so maybe i’ll try whitening strips instead.

   @ IceyFlame500 : hey, u said ur using Ultrabrite Advanced Whitening which is like about 1 $ and I wanna ask u if u’ve ever used Pearl Drops Replenishing White With Liquid Calcium Toothpolish, which is like around 10$ on Ebay , but it’s 15-22$ where I live, and it’s like the best whitening toothpaste I’ve ever used in my whole life, and combined with Listerine it whitened my teeth even better than the Opalescence 15% PF whitening gel (after 46 hours of overall usage)

    Electric toothbrush …
    Electric toothbrush is necesary for some people I did’t believe it but our dentist recomended for my husband.
    About toothpaste the only diference is some of them have enamel protection

    Don’t you mean wet the qutip first, dip it in baking soda, then buffer you teeth w/ it?

    Can you use any kind of toothpaste w/ baking soda or salt? “Arm & Hammer Advance White” is what I’m using now.

    Do you do this once or twice a day?

    it is 100% safe. thats what people used before toothpaste was invented and i grew up with my grandma puting baking soda on all the grandkids tooth brushes. she still does it to this day. some people think it might not be safe to swallow, but you cook with it so is there any difference?

    Thanks for the advice .. I just want to add about listerine actually alcohol feeds about bacteria. So you might want to think about crest or something that doesn’t have alcohol.

    the only difference im gon make is the listerine they make whitening listerine now and it works pretty good for me ^__^
