For teeth whitening reviews... add baking soda to your toothpaste when you're brushing your teeth, it may taste gross but it whitens them up - it takes a few months to see anything but it should work. The issue with this is the result. It's not going to be considerably white. If you want it "good" white, you need an alternative like the teeth whitening kits. My neighbor used it for a few days and I noticed it right away. She said she got the kit through a free trial from a website. Try the kit and if you don't like it, stick with the baking soda for your teeth whitening reviews. I've already got mines shipped.
References :
http://moourl.com/fgdkk

Hey!

You can do this through your dentist. After your initial treatment, they'll send you home with a set of custom trays and follow-up treatments that you can do at home. I recommend Crest Advanced Seal White strips. They are really quite good. Also, are you using a manual brush? I currently use the Oral B Triumph (9900 model) and it has some awesome whitening features (the Pro-Whitening head, the polishing mode). It makes a huge difference! As far as toothpaste goes, I got Opalescence toothpaste from my dentist but I rarely use it. I have the Crest whitening toothpaste (Night version and regular), Colgate whitening, but right now I'm just using the Colgate paste and I'm totally happy.
