What is the best way to whiten my teeth at home? ?

I’m not a big coffee drinker but I do smoke (yes I know terrible habit! I don’t need your opinion on that one. So just save them!) and I drink tea quite often. I really wanted to get my teeth bleached as a Christmas present to myself but I wanted to try an at home kit to see if that did the job before spending tons of money at the dentist’s office.
I already use a whitening toothpaste by Crest

Try the crest whitestrips. They sell them at my dentists office but you can get them almost any where. My sister-in-law used them and her teeth are beautiful. They were mostly coffee and cigarette stained also. Good luck on a dazzling smile:)

  5. You could try baking soda its good for your gums and your teeth. Just use it like normal tooth paste. Heres the trick to. Get a table spoon of this stuff and put it in a cup of water and you have mouth wash.

Note it is very bad tasting so if you have a very easy gag reflex don’t use this one. But it is a great teeth whitener.

  6. Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply. Apple cider vinegar can also be used for teeth whitening.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/

There are several types of products available for use at home. Some of these tooth whitening products can be easily purchased off the shelves of pharmacy while others are dispensed by your dentist.

One popular tooth whitening product that you can use is bleaching solution that contains peroxide for bleaching tooth enamel. The bleaching agent in these products is usually carbamide peroxide, which is available in 10, 16 and 22 percent concentrations.

Whiteners that contain peroxide typically come in gel form and are placed in a mouthguard. Some products are used twice a day for 2 weeks while others are intended for overnight use for a 1 to 2 weeks period. If you can obtain the bleaching solution from your dentist, he will be able to construct a custom mouth guard to fit your teeth precisely. Currently, the American Dental Association endorses only dentist-dispensed home-use percent carbamide peroxide tray-applied gels.

In addition to bleaching solution, whitening strips are increasingly being used as a preferred tooth-whitening product. For instance, you are now able to get your hands on a set of Crest Whitestrips Supreme from any convenience store. The flexible, invisible strips are coated with an enamel-safe tooth bleaching gel. To whiten your teeth, you simply place the strips on your teeth and wear them for about 15 to 30 minutes each day. After a period of about 21 days, you should be able to see a significant difference on the brightness of your teeth.

okay If you want your teeth white without spending any money or just a little on baking soda hear is the thing to do:

dip your toothbrush in a tiny bit of water then wipe it so its almost dry .. then dip it in baking soda, try to keep your teeth as dry as possible while doing this.. now gently scrub for a couple of minutes do that twice a day for about a week and TA DA!! trust me

its gross but that’s the only price you have to pay for white teeth!
