I mean using the strips and toothpaste definitely did brighten my smile, and whiten my teeth but I would like it whiter, because I was expecting more from the strips. Anything will help!

If you are already using the strips and the toothpaste, I imagine there isn’t much more you can do without damaging your enamel. Stick with the strips a little longer and make sure you’re taking excellent care of your mouth and they should be as white as they can be. If you’re not worried about your enamel, try brushing with baking soda to whiten your smile. Good luck!

I am considering having my teeth bleached at the dentist for my wedding. I have the money, but could also set it aside for the honeymoon instead. Before I spend all that money, I was wondering if anyone has had their teeth bleached at the dentist and if you think it was worth it? How would you compare it to home whitening like crest strips or rembrant? I have tried over the years several of the home whitening kits with small, almost unnoticable results. Usually, the problem is I don’t have the time or energy to stick to a twice a day programme. Are there any other higher end home bleaching products that deliver results in just one or two applications?

It should be said that my teeth aren’t that bad, just could be a few shades whiter, especially against my white wedding dress in photos that will be around for the rest of my life.

If you stick with the Whitestrips for the full 30 minutes twice a day, and dont skip any, you will love the results….for a fraction of the cost. I did them before I had porcelian crowns replaced and the dentist said I couldnt have gotten whiter results by professional bleaching. They had to use the whitest porcelain (B1 on the color chip chart) to match the enamel.

Hydrogen Peroxide at least once a day. Hold in your mouth and swish for approximately 1 minute then spit it out.

I’ve been questioning myself about teeth bleaching trays. Well I want to try crest whitening strips but I hear lots of people say its not good, is that true for teeth bleaching trays? How can i get my teeth white?

my best friend was looking for opalescence teeth answer. She used crest white strips but she also complains that her teeth have gotten more sensitive when she drinks ice tea. she tried a teeth whitener kit online and it’s still white but without the sensitivity. im not a dentist but i can only assume its strips that made it sensitive. you can get the white strips at any store and the kit from the website below. hope that can help guide your opalescence teeth question.

I found a horde of discontinued natural white tooth whitener tubes at the dollar tree, and my imagination went wild. Because the active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide I thought it might be good for hair highlights, eyebrow bleaching, acne blemishes, and of course the big A.
Uncle Dud, bleaching because it makes a "gluteal cleft" look prettier.

Oh wow! I don’t know about that. I know that they do sell skin bleach in beauty stores. I would stay on the safe side and try that. Or just pick up some peroxide if you think that’s what it takes. Sounds a little safer for the skin to me.

What are some side effects to bleaching your teeth? And what’s the common price for bleaching them? I know it all varies depending on which treatment and all but you can anybody give me a price range? From cheapest to one of the most expensive treatments.

In order to whiten teeth, a solution opens tiny tubes in the enamel surface. The solution works by bleaching the yellow dentin under the enamel. Your teeth may be temporarily more sensitive during the bleaching process, but it is usually only temporary and there are products available to reduce sensitivity.

Take-home bleach trays (custom fitting from a dentist) can cost between $100 to $250. In office bleach (such as Zoom brand) can be much more expensive (about $600 in some areas), but aren’t much better as to final results.

I’m not a big coffee drinker but I do smoke (yes I know terrible habit! I don’t need your opinion on that one. So just save them!) and I drink tea quite often. I really wanted to get my teeth bleached as a Christmas present to myself but I wanted to try an at home kit to see if that did the job before spending tons of money at the dentist’s office.

Try the crest whitestrips. They sell them at my dentists office but you can get them almost any where. My sister-in-law used them and her teeth are beautiful. They were mostly coffee and cigarette stained also. Good luck on a dazzling smile:)
