How get and maintain white teeth?
I’ve got a bit yellowish teeth,but I would like to get them white. I don’t want anything that is expensive or anything that damages the enamel, I have considered crest white strips, but they only last UP TO a year.Can I whiten them and after that just keep them white by washing and flossing? Is it possible to get white teeth by washing with a whitening toothpaste, flossing and rinsing ? I’m not in a hurry.

lol strips only last up to a year because they are just bleach AND they ruin the enamel. What a rip off.
Talk to your dentist and see what he has. Can be expensive though. So can gels. Anything that works great is never cheap.

1) you always will need to brush your teeth! 
2) there are very many different whitening options, but it is better to use natural options! of course laser whitening is simple and easy, BUT….it is not natural…
also you should not smoke, drink coffee and black tea to get whiter teeth!
also it depends on your genetics too. one can drink coffee and smoke every hour and has white teeth and other can brush his teeth 5 times a day and have yellow teeth!

What is the best teeth whitening tooth paste for discoloration caused by drinking tea and coffee etc (not smoking though, if that makes a difference). Please state if you know from personal experience or if you heard about it.

Teeth Whitening?
My teeth have gotten pretty stained from coffee, wine, and smoking. Any suggestions on how to take care of this AS quickly as possible. I’m going on a big trip in 11 days, and I want a WHITE smile. I already have bleaching trays from the dentist, so if you have a bleaching gel to suggest… that would be great. I don’t want the kind that you have to keep on over night. Just for 30 min. Colgate professional teeth whitening dental bleaching does anyone know if this works? i have very yellow teeth so will this make them white? you buy this from a dentist so would it work?
